Returns

RETURNS
We stand behind the products we sell.  Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Email for a return authorization number at: customercare@dollcase.com. Packages arriving without this number will be refused.

To report a damaged package electronically, please visit www.fedex.com and follow these steps:

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returned items.

Defective items may be returned for replacement only, no re-stocking charges apply for damaged goods.If package arrives damaged, hold merchandise in original packaging. Notify FedEx immediately, who will inspect the package and return it to us at no expense to you.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

US shipments are via FEDEX gound, UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.

 
International Customers (additional fees to be added)

International shipments are via USPS Air Letter Post. Please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that many packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and international climate. 

 Please note that customs forms will be filled out as "merchandise" using your actual price as the value.We will include our import harmonized tariff and country of origin. We're not a great fan of customs taxes, but unfortunately it's illegal to try to avoid them and we'd actually risk jail time by doing so! We hope you'll understand. Please contact your local post office or customs office to estimate potential customs charges to import our items from the USA.
