stand behind the products we sell. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in resalable
condition. Email for a return authorization number at: customercare@dollcase.com. Packages arriving without this number will be refused.

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returned items.
Defective items may be returned for replacement
only, no re-stocking charges apply for damaged goods.If package
arrives damaged, hold merchandise in original packaging. Notify FedEx immediately, who will inspect the package and return
it to us at no expense to you.
