and supply a tax ID , EIN
or DBA number. We are willing to report to Duns & Bradstreet if you are a member.

We require pre payment for all orders and a valid credit card on file.We will ship third party on
your Fedex or UPS acct number.
Product ships from our warehouse in Michigan or Nevada, with
UPS ground or FEDEX.
Drop Shipping:
Below are the
rules and rates for drop shipping:
We have weekly pickup and daily during the holiday season.
~ Prepayments are required for all orders.
~ $3.00 processing & handling fee for
each order and $1.00/ each item for warehouse fulfillment fees (examples: 2 items per shipment will cost $5.00, 3 items will
be $6.00 and so on)
~ We ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for hangers and we ship by UPS/FEDEX
everything over 3 Lb. weight ( rates are based on weight and destination).
~ Returns will
come back to us or back to vendor - this will be your choice as a retailer.
~ Cost of product
will be refunded - s&h charges and fees are not refundable.

The photography from this website it is © Doll Case Co and it can be used by an authorized
retailer on their own website if it is associated with selling the respective product.
Our
policy allows retailers to sell on the E-Bay market but using their own photographs.
All
items should be marked as manufactured by The Doll Case Company.
A copy of our original images can be used for E-Bay
listings as reference only but it can not exceed 2" width or 4" height at 72 dpi resolution.
Packaging:
* Trunks are packed with bubble wrap, foam corners and sent in shipping regulated boxes with the item name and SKU# as
well as UPS barcodes.
* Hangers Bags have a hole at the top which allows you to display the bags
on slat walls or hooks.
*Duffels are wrapped in a clam shell with SKU and bar code withe
the exception of the limited edition which are in a polybag.
